then comes alltime blckbusters lik muqdr ka sikndr, sangam, ddlj, gaddar…
om santhi om is only a blckbustr
the presence of total bollywud(amitab,sanjaydut , hrithk,salman, akshay…) made this boring film a recordbreaker
only interesting scenes are the deleted manojkumar paredy

i dnt knw actual collections..
rajinikanth is asias 2nd highly paid actor after jcky chan
after bachan s retirement from films 1992, rajinikanth emerged as indias biggest star
bigb ,rajini and sachin r india s real superstars
there are no superstars in bollywood since92
sanjaydut,salman,anil kapoor,govinda,sunny deol, sharookh, akshay, ameer, hrithik…all are stars not superstars
sharuk is one of 4 bigstars of bollywood ie, akshay hrthk srk and salman
and u cn include aamir too
rajinikanth remuneration is 40 cr for his nxt megabudget “robot” the total cost wl cross120cr

i hope he is not rajni himself
but 4 ur lind info. man srk is the only actor who has wax statues both in london and in france.
according to times group srk is the most poular actor worldwide; earlier it was tom cruise.and this report is of 2002.six years down the line his popularity graph has only increased. so he is the real king.
he is not greedy and never quotes any amount to the film makers . that is why he is not the costliest.
but he is the biggest tax payer of india.mind that.
he is the biggest super model of india.see his earnings.
out of 10 all time hits overseas , 7 are srk films.
and yes being a gay is not a crime. and he is not a gay. it has not been proved.
he is a good human being and don’t spread rumours about him.

rajini the only actor in india has fan clubs in japan, newzeland and thailand , us….bloody

everyone is saying sholay is a big hit ,mother india is a big hit but i want to say something to all real big hit is rajinikanth’s shivaji the boss(film) do u know his film is crossed 95 crores in 3 weeks in india only and then what about other countries like usa, uk, germany, china , japan,malaysia, dubai, singapore etc…..

just imagine if there is no video piracy means Its unbelievable

because he is a real super star.he is a highest paid up actor in india. he got near about
40 crores for his shivaji the boss(film name)

Highest grosser does not mean its the biggest hit. Even in case of Mother India and Sholay if Mother India’s inflation adjusted earnings are higher than Sholay it does not mean that Mother is a biggher hit. You have to look at territiries. What is the return per territory ? Also per Boxofficeindia.com, even inflation adjusted Sholay beats Mother India hollow. Anywat bottomline is that OSO despite its earnings is not an “all time blockbuster” – Its not even amongst the 14 greatest hits in hindi films. OSOS is a blockbuster like Lage raho and Welcome. To get to All time blockbuster status looks tough for OSO.
